Thursday looks to be sunny, but cold with highs only in the upper 20s for most. Chances for rain will start late this evening and transition over to snow overnight as temperatures quickly fall. Expect flurries and flakes to continue through part of Tuesday but the travel conditions should improve by the middle of the day on Tuesday .
