New Jupiter Image from NASA Juno Mission Shows Incredible Blue Cloud Tops


NASA launched the Juno probe in 2011, and it took nearly five years that the spacecraft reached Jupiter. This last batch released by NASA was taken during the craft's 10th close pass over the planet December 16. The camera probe has worked with a range of 8 to 300 miles if the scale is 5.8 km per pixel. The Juno spacecraft took off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, on Aug 5, 2011, and reached Jupiter after completing almost five years long journey on July 5, 2016. Read More »
