Warner, Smith get booed; England forced to use Collingwood as a fielder

A report in Thursday's edition of Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper said Warner's manager had sought security assurances from Cricket Australia, with the batsman's wife wanting to give birth to their third child in Britain.

The English fans will hope that their skipper gets fit before the main tournament kicks-off on May 30 where England will be up against the mighty South Africans at the Kennington Oval in London.

World Cup favourites England, fresh from a 4-0 series rout of Pakistan, had gone into Saturday´s match without one-day worldwide captain Eoin Morgan after he suffered a finger injury during fielding practice on Friday.
