Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Season Pass Confirmed

14 June 2018

The Black Ops pass offers day-one access to the "Classified" Zombie Experience, as well as four brand new zombie experiences.

As part of the E3 celebrations, fans can now grab a new pre-order bonus for when Call of Duty Black Ops 4 launches later this year.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is doing away with individual DLC purchases - all DLC will be tied to the season pass.

Q: Can I buy Black Ops Pass as a standalone product?

Another key aspect of this Black Ops Pass is the inclusion of Zombies, especially after rumors indicated Black Ops 4 could have a Zombies-only Season Pass. BOP content may be sold separately.

The Black Ops Pass demands players pay $99 up front for "Black Ops 4" DLC.

Back at the reveal event last month, Treyarch's co-head Dan Bunting told us the studio has wanted to focus on PC as its "own unique platform" for some time, and that Black Ops 4's port is the culmination of efforts to "give PC gamers what they deserve". The support page also suggests those who want DLC should cancel all Standard Edition pre-orders and get a $99 Deluxe Edition instead.

Putting those new frustrations aside, the known content for the Black Ops Pass appears to be quite substantial.

Black Ops Pass will be available as a standalone offering at a later date.

Fog of war has been added and a lot more are coming to Call of Duty Black Ops 4.

We're shown some multiplayer in-game footage to start, and with Vonderhaar explaining that the developers have taken the Specialists that they started in Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and rebuilt or reimagined them with Specialists being a main focus of the game.
