Barcelona are considering a £60m move for Anthony Martial of Manchester United

17 April 2018

Manchester United will only sanction Anthony Martial's transfer in the upcoming window if they receive a fee of anything above €50 million (£43.2 million).

Martial has drifted from the first-team picture over the course of the season, with the January arrival of Alexis Sanchez pushing him and Marcus Rashford further down the pecking order.

And it appears as if there is no shortage of suitors keen to snap of the talented youngster, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that Martial is a summer target for European giants Juventus and Bayern Munich.

And with one of either Martial or Rashford destined to leave this summer, it seems former Monaco man Martial is already making plans about a summer departure.

With the relationship between Anthony Martial and Jose Mourinho having suffered a recent setback, the talented forward's situation at the club was proving to be disturbing.

Manchester United are still keen to hold on to the player but it remains to be seen whether they manage to convince him that he has a future at Old Trafford.

"If you want what I call dry answers, I have dry answers - and a dry answer is only 11 can start the match and we have 22".

The Red Devils duo start on the bench for Sunday's encounter against West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford, with the two changes made from the side which beat Manchester City last Sunday, seeing Juan Mata and Victor Lindelof step in to replace Jesse Lingard and Eric Bailly.
