Ravens miss playoffs with 31-27 loss to Bengals

01 January 2018

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis confirmed he'd like to return for the 2018 National Football League season after the team's 31-27 upset victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

Weddle, who signed a four-year contract worth $26 million with the Ravens last year, leads Baltimore in interceptions with six to go with 62 tackles and a sack.

After 15 seasons with the Bengals, Lewis is reportedly leaving the franchise.

Even if the Ravens loses to Cincinnati, Weddle could still get his million bucks should either the Buffalo Bills, or the Tennessee Titans lose in Week 17.

The score put the Bengals up, 31-27.

Bengals boss Mike Brown always holds his cards close to his vest when it comes to his coaches, so those day-after-season meetings aren't a fait accompli. Collins took a pitchout created to go around left end, reversed his field and ran around a block by Flacco to get into the right corner of the end zone.

The run, which came in the third quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals, covered 17 yards.

The Bengals moved 78 yards on eight plays following the opening kickoff and took a 7-0 lead on a 1-yard touchdown pass from Dalton to Kroft.

It didn't look good for the Ravens after Joe Flacco was intercepted for an 89-yard touchdown by Darqueze Denard.
